Snoop Dogg Responds To Trolls Going OFF About His Performance

If you need a lil’ refresher, The Shade Room recently reported that Snoop Dogg hit the stage at the first-ever Crypto Ball, supposedly celebrating Donald Trump. The event happened two days before his inauguration on Jan. 20. Now, it looks like Snoop’s addressing the people who had an issue with him performing at the ball.

On Sunday, Jan. 26, the West Coast legend jumped on Instagram Live, vibing to gospel music while cruising in the car with some herbals on hand— his usual vibe.

While the rapper hit some high notes to the gospel tunes, he straight up said he was answering all the hate he’s been getting with nothing but “love.”

“It’s Sunday man I got gospel in my heart right now. For all the hate, imma answer it with love. Y’all can’t hate enough on me, I love too much,” Snoop said.

As he kept jamming, he told people to stop stressing over his life.

“Get your life right, stop worrying about mine. I’m cool. I’m together. Still a Black man. Still a 100% black. All out, till you ball out or till you fall out,” Snoop continued.

Social Media Weighs in

Whew, chileee! Snoop Dogg’s comments didn’t help at all, because social media users went OFF in The Shade Room’s comments again. Folks still called him out for his decision and said they were disappointed in him.

Instagram user @soaveladulce wrote, We ain’t say you wasn’t black . We said you a sell out.”

Instagram user @shasummerlinofficial wrote, Zero hate. 1000% Disappointment.”

While Instagram user @crystal.crave wrote, “We know you black did you forget you were black?”

Then Instagram user @yvetteson86 wrote, You can vote for whoever you want. You can perform for whoever you want. However, if your words and your actions contradict and you flip, then people have every right to call you on it. That’s life that’s the trade-off.”

Another Instagram user @k.haleb wrote,This is embarrassing Unc not gonna lie.”

Instagram user @xaaaan wrote, We not hating Snoop, we disappointed.”

While another Instagram user @breezega wrote, A black man that loves supporting a white man that’s trying to whitewash black people out of American history.”

Instagram user @alkaline_fairy wrote, But you were worried about everyone else’s lives when you were calling them jigga boos so make it make sense.”

Lastly, Instagram user @yourfavekeesha wrote, By your own words, anybody who performa for Trump is a sellout. You condemned yourself 😂”

More About Snoop’s Performance & His History With Trump

Snoop wasn’t the only one to hit the stage at the Crypto Ball in Washington, D.C. Soulja Boy and Rick Ross performed too and got dragged along with Snoop on social media for their appearances.

The main reason the internet and fans went off on Snoop for performing at the Crypto Ball was because he’s kept it real about not rocking with Donald Trump in the past. Additionally, after Snoop caught heat for showing up at the Crypto Ball, he kept trending as a clip of him clowning anyone who performed at Trump’s first inauguration started going viral. In the video, Snoop says, “So ain’t nobody gonna perform for Donald Trump huh? Which one of you jigga boo a** n****s gonna be the first one to do it? I’m waiting I’m gonna roast the f*** you. Uncle Tom a** n****s which one of you n****s gonna do it first?
