Golden Mahomes is going to the 2025 Super Bowl.
Patrick Mahomes confirmed his and wife Brittany Mahomes‘ 3-week-old daughter will attend the big game in New Orleans on Feb. 9.
“She’s been amazing, she’s been sleeping well. Mom’s been extremely happy, and I’m excited for her to be able to come,” he told the media Tuesday. “I think it’ll be her first football game at the Super Bowl, and I hope that we get her a win.”
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, 29, said the birth of his daughter has been extra “motivating” ahead of his matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.
“I mean, just because I want them to have the same experiences that the other two have,” he said of his older children: daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze,” 2.
The Mahomeses welcomed their third child on Jan. 12 during the Chiefs’ playoff bye week.
The couple announced the news on Instagram alongside a sweet black-and-white snap of them holding hands near the newborn’s feet.
“Golden Raye Mahomes 1/12/25 🎀✨,” Brittany, also 29, captioned the post.
While their eldest daughter wanted to name her new sister Elsa, they ultimately vetoed her suggestion and continued their metal moniker trend.
Patrick and Brittany’s dogs, notably, are named Steel and Silver.

However, Brittany told Today.com they had a hard time choosing her middle name, Raye.
“We went back and forth for a while,” she explained. “But the one we settled on, we really, really love.”
The former soccer player shockingly attended her husband’s playoff game just six days after giving birth; however, she left their little one at home.
Brittany has shared a few glimpses of Golden online — including her girly nursery — but has yet to share photos of the newborn’s face.
The couple, who wed in March 2022, announced in July 2024 that they were expanding their brood.
While Patrick previously hinted they were “done” after three kids, he recently admitted that baby No. 4 is “maybe” an option.
“My goal was always three. So we’ve had three,” he told reporters, noting that he might change his mind “down the line.”
“We’ll stick there for a while and see if we need to come back and get another one later on.”
