People Have Some Very Funny Suggestions About Who Should Be Trump's Surgeon General

1 week ago 1

Since Donald Trump is being ridiculed for nominating former Rep. Matt Gaetz as attorney general, Tulsi Gabbard for national intelligence director, and Pete Hegseth for secretary of defense, some social media snarks are wondering who’s next.

Especially who Trump will pick as his surgeon general.

Although some people on X, formerly Twitter, have suggested Dr. Ben Carson for the job since he’s an actual surgeon, the New York Post reports that he has his eye on being Trump’s health and human services secretary.

Meanwhile, ABC News said Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is reportedly lobbying for Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo, a vaccine skeptic, for the job.

But since both of those guys are actual medical doctors with actual qualifications, many people on social media jokingly suggested other alternatives, more in keeping with Trump’s other Cabinet picks.

He’s going to pick Dr Phil as surgeon general isn’t he
