Realme, without much fanfare, has released the Realme 14 Pro Plus device in the Chinese market. The device is soon going to make a debut in the Indian market as well. It is being hailed as the world’s first device with a temperature-sensitive color-changing rear panel.
The smartphone is available in China in two different color options – Suede Grey and Pearl White. The 12GB RAM variant of the device with 256Gb internal storage is available in the market for CNY 2,599 which converts to Rs 30,540. We can expect the device to enter the Indian market at a similar price range.
Realme 14 Pro Plus specifications and Features
Realme 14 Pro Plus comes with a 6.83-inch FHD+ Curved AMOLED display coupled with 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor paired with 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. It operates on the Android 15 operating system with Realme UI 6.0 skin on top.
The Realme 14 Pro+ sports a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX896 primary shooter with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto shooter with 120x Zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide shooter. It also brings a 32MP front snapper for capturing the best shots in all kinds of lighting conditions.
The audio department of the device is handled by Hi-Res Audio support along with stereo speakers. It also carries IP66 + IP68 + IP69 certification for water and dust resistance. Connectivity options offered in the handset are Dual 4G VoLTE, GLONASS, USB Type-C, dual-frequency GPS, Beidou, WiFi 6, etc.
The device packs a 6000mAh battery along with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging support. Expectations are that the Indian variant of Realme 14 Pro Plus will also bring the same hardware and software as the Chinese variant.
