'Relatable' star proves her 'icon' status as she enjoys everyday activity

Luann de Lesseps takes the London Underground in an “iconic” move. For most, it’s a simple, everyday activity but for the Countess and Real Housewives star, it’s simply a very relatable move.

During her Countess Cabaret tour, Luann de Lesseps is visiting London all the time. The Real Housewives of New York City star is now taking part in something regular commuters do – and fans love it.

Luann de Lesseps catches the tube

Luann de Lesseps is catching the London Underground tube on her visit to the UK capital. Wearing her Countess Cabaret outfit – a hat, sparkly outfit and fluffy jacket – she classily walked down the stairs.

The RHOBH star clutches the shared handrail as she makes her journey, ironically singing, “Money can’t buy you class, my friends,” before she laughs, along with her friend filming.

She wrote in the caption, “Even a Countess takes the tube!” When a commenter called her a West End Wendy, she sent a laughing emoji back, while one wrote, “I bet she’s never taken the tube…..ever.”

‘Relatable’ RHOBH star hailed ‘icon’

Luann has always been called the “relatable” Real Housewives star. Now she’s ticked off getting the tube rather than jumping in a black cab, she’s being applauded as an “icon”.

One fan said, “Our humble queen,” while another penned, “If I was on my way to work and saw you coming straight at me like this on the subway I’d grab a fedora and join you lmfao.”

It is believed Lesseps was walking down the steps of Fifth Avenue tube station. From February 13 to February 25, 2025, the Bravo star is all set to perform and travel around for her UK tour.

She’ll start her performances in Glasgow, visiting Manchester, Belfast, Bristol, Newcastle, and for her final gig of the tour, end her Countess Cabaret in London on February 25.
