Report: Teddi Mellencamp’s Husband Edwin Arroyave Also Had Affair Years Before Current Cheating Scandal

The reports around Teddi Mellencamp and Edwin Arroyave are getting hard to keep up with. Rumors around the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star are being confirmed and shot down left and right.

While claims of Teddi’s affair with her horse trainer started as rumors, multiple outlets have since confirmed their truth. Is it any wonder that Teddi didn’t want to share the details of her divorce?

Teddi has yet to truly speak out on the matter (besides a vague Instagram post). It’s unclear when or if she’ll say anything for herself. But as her silence endures, the plot thickens. As it turns out, Edwin also allegedly had an affair during his marriage to Teddi.

On November 14, Page Six reported that Edwin allegedly had an affair with a woman named Missy between 2015 and 2016. One source reported that the affair lasted “at least a year” while another said it was more like “six months.” That wasn’t the only discrepancy.

One source described Missy as Teddi’s “best friend.” The other said they’d only interacted a few times. “Maybe … four times at most,” the source said. Teddi allegedly discovered the affair in 2016, just as Bravo auditioned her for RHOBH. Once she found out, she initially wanted a divorce.

But eventually, Teddi decided she didn’t want to break up. One source noted that Edwin “closed that chapter of his life,” and he and Teddi came out stronger in the end. The source said the whole situation “led to a period of self-reflection and a renewed focus on family and faith.”

Still, things weren’t all rainbows and sunshine. The other source reported that Teddi allegedly suspects Edwin might’ve cheated with more women on top of Missy (no pun intended). He reportedly once told Teddi that he didn’t “remember” other instances of infidelity. But the second source insisted that Edwin never “repeated the behavior since.” Reps for Teddi and Edwin did not comment.
