REAL Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Dorit and PK Kemsley's $7.5m Los Angeles mansion is now in pre-foreclosure after months of missed payments, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
The news comes after the former couple announced their separation and revelations that they owed millions in unpaid taxes.
The U.S. Sun has obtained records that show a notice of default was filed against the 7,100-square-feet Encino, CA estate on October 16, 2024.
Records state that the home had four or more missed payments - leading to the pre-foreclosure, meaning the lender has begun the process of foreclosing the home.
The Los Angeles County registrar confirmed that no repayment has been received yet.
Due to it still being in pre-foreclosure, Dorit, 48, and PK, 57, have time to save their home - and can do so by immediately repaying any missed payments in a lump sum.
Other steps they can take are hiring a foreclosure attorney to work out a payment plan, filing a lawsuit, applying to the California Mortgage Relief Program, or the couple can also file for bankruptcy.
If none of those steps are taken, the home could fall into a non-judicial foreclosure - meaning the lender can foreclose on the property at any time without having to go to court, which is common practice in California.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Dorit and PK's rep for comment.
The couple purchased the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom property in 2019 for $6.5m and have since called it home along with their kids; son Jagger and daughter Phoenix, 8.
The modern farmhouse comes with a palatial kitchen that includes two oversized islands and gorgeous luxury fixtures such as gold hardware and custom wallpaper throughout.
In the outside of the house, the couple could enjoy their massive pool, cabana, half basketball court and even a putting green.
Two years after moving into the family-friendly neighborhood, the couple suffered a terrifying ordeal when the house was burglarized in 2021.
Masked men broke in while Dorit was home alone with her kids and robbed the RHOBH star at gunpoint.

Fortunately, she was not harmed and her two young kids were sleeping and did not hear the breaking however, the situation has remained traumatizing for Dorit.
The robbers took off with pricey jewelry and other high-cost items and Dorit documented her emotional healing journey on RHOBH’s season 12.
More recently, the couple faced money woes as The U.S. Sun revealed they owed money in unpaid taxes.
According to court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, Dorit also paid off a $635,887 IRS tax lien that was from her and PK's 2015 taxes.
A certificate of release of her federal lien was filed on March 16, 2023, clearing her, and only her, of her debt despite PK being mentioned in the filing.
However, as of late 2023, she has yet to pay off debt from her 2017 and 2018 taxes.
A tax lien that was filed in June 2021 shows that she has an outstanding balance of $90,269 due to the IRS.
Records show that this debt has not yet been paid off.
