Britani Bateman‘s playfully chaotic video performing Chappell Roan’s Pink Pony Club garnered quite a reaction from TikTok users, specifically how she’s seemingly mastered using her iPhone’s camera.
Specifically, fans were quick to note how she was able to film, edit, and post an entire airport performance video to TikTok, but didn’t know how to flip her phone’s camera on the most recent episode of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
Britani’s camera work:
In Britani’s video, she journeys through an airport crooning to Chappell’s anthem. From the terminal to her seat (not 17C) to the belt at baggage claim, Britani attracted the attention of her fellow flyers.
@britanibateman Not even sitting in coach can get me down today. I get to see my daughter!! #lifeisgood #rhoslc #bravotv ♬ original sound – britanibatemanRHOSLC fans had a lot to say:
“High body count behavior,” commented a TikToker. Another wrote, “IDC!!!!! She has arrived.”
Several commented that Britani had created a highly edited video but acted like she didn’t know how to use an iPhone camera in the Sprinter van. “She knew how to use the camera this time,” commented a social media user.
Another noted, “The camera facing the right direction and everything.” A fan exclaimed, “You’re recording?!?!,” which I read in Meredith Marks’ voice.
Production had Proof 👏 Receipts 👏 Timeline 👏 Screenshots 👏 against Britani:
A RHOSLC producer pointed out that it was weird that she was taking videos of the back of a seat, but Britani had an excuse ready. “Why I was recording the back of the seat? It wasn’t for a while at all — it was for one second,” Britani claimed.
“I swear on my life, I was not trying to record the girls,” Britani claimed in a confessional. She claimed she filmed “The back of the seat literally for like a second and a half.” Editors clocked Britani (literally) for the amount of time she recorded audio on the bus … and it was muuuuuuuuch longer than “a second and a half.”
“I mean, if anyone had any proof that I had done anything to hurt anyone on purpose, that would be one thing. But no one did,” she said. “Everyone was making the worst assumptions about me.”
