Rochelle and Marvin Humes showcase another holiday after being blasted for TWELVE trips in 2024

Rochelle Humes shared a loving moment with her husband Marvin during their luxurious Maldives getaway, following backlash over their 12 holidays in 2024. Despite the criticism, the couple enjoyed a romantic trip, posting family snaps on Instagram.

The TV presenter took to Instagram to share photos from their tropical getaway. One picture showed Rochelle jumping into Marvin’s arms on the beach as the couple packed on the PDA while posing in the rain for a playful and romantic snap. Rochelle wore a sleek black bikini, while Marvin sported colourful swim trunks. She captioned the post: “When it rains in paradise, we dance in it.”

This comes after Rochelle faced criticism for the number of holidays she takes. Just days before Christmas, the singer-turned-TV presenter revealed on Instagram that she, Marvin, and their three children had swapped a traditional festive celebration of hot chocolates and scarves for beaches and bikinis, sharing snaps from their family trip to Dubai.

Sharing highlights from their "unconventional Christmas," Rochelle posted a series of photos from the trip. In one, she posed for a mirror selfie, showing off her toned physique in low-waisted pants, a black bikini, and a white shirt. Another photo captured her cuddling her youngest child, four-year-old Blake, while a different snap featured her daughter, seven-year-old Valentina Raine, running along the golden beach with their dad. Their eldest child, 11-year-old Alaia-Mai, was not pictured but is believed to be on the trip with the family.

Rochelle also posted a sweet snap with her husband of 12 years during a romantic day out on a boat. While the festive season was in full swing, her photos sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some questioning her decision to spend Christmas away from home. "Do you go away every year? I thought after building your lovely home, you would have wanted to stay at home?" one user commented. They added: "I would love to be able to afford to go away at Christmas. Instead, I will sit back and nosey through your pics. x"

The TV star quickly replied, telling the woman that they decided not to spend Christmas at home in their house as it's not ready yet: "Once it's ready, that might be a different story", she laughed. Rochelle and Marvin have been working on their "forever home" this year, sharing updates along the way.

More of Rochelle's 2.3 million followers took to the comment section, and many shared well wishes for the family. "The best. You and Marvin work so hard all year round. You deserve this family time", one person wrote. "Have an amazing Christmas, Rochelle, Marvin and family xx", another added. "I'd rather be doing a Xmas like this", one comment read.

Rochelle's Dubai trip is thought to be the 12th time she has vacationed last year, with her other trips away including visiting Paris in December and Cannes in May. She and Marvin have also spent time in Ibiza over the summer, as well as Lake Como and the Maldives following Marvin's stint in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here last year.

The star opened up in October about how important alone time and couple's trips are for her and Marvin as they juggle their careers and their three children. "We've got three little humans, who our world revolves around, so we're aware when we need to take time for our marriage. We try to take a couple's trip at least once a year. That's important," she told Ok!. One of those trips was to Ibiza, with Rochelle saying: "We were away for six days while Mum had the kids; it was brilliant and well worth it."
