After violating a court order signed on December 9, Chelsea, the daughter of famous actress and comedian Rosie O'Donnell, was back in custody on December 16 at the Marinette County Sheriff's Office in Wisconsin
Chelsea O'Donnell was arrested again after a court order for failing to appear at a court hearing after participating in a 28-day treatment program that was imposed on her by the authorities on the condition that she would return to prison and have her $7,500 bail reinstated.
This was reported by In Touch, which also claims that she appears as "bail revoked by judge", so Chelsea has not yet been released.
Why was Chelsea O'Donnell initially arrested?
It was on September 10 when a 911 call from the home where Chelsea and her boyfriend Jacob Nelund lived alerted authorities, who upon arriving at the home found a 'disgusting' scene in which there was a large amount of garbage, drugs, needles and various items, and in which even her 11-month-old son Atlas was involved.
The officers who responded to the call said there was "rotten food, dirty, moldy dishes, milk that stank so bad it almost made you vomit; dirty diapers, used feminine hygiene products, dirty underwear with feces and blood stains, and used razor blades on the floor."
Among the drugs found in Chelsea's room was "methamphetamine, a methamphetamine pipe, a gem bag with methamphetamine inside, a marijuana grinder and another container with powdered marijuana," according to authorities.
Four arrests since October
In the past three months, according to the publication, Chelsea, mother not only of Atlas, but also of three other children (Skylar Rose, Riley and Avery Lynn) whom she shares with her ex-partner, Jacob Bourassa, has posed for four different police photographs after being charged with child neglect and drug possession.
