According to court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly, Chelsea was arrested in Wisconsin back in September. She was charged with four felony counts, which included child neglect, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of THC.

The following month, on Friday, October 11, Chelsea was pulled over while driving and charged with three additional felony counts: possession of meth, bail jumping, and possession of narcotics.

An Oconto County Sheriff's Office representative told In Touch Weekly that Chelsea is still in police custody despite her bail being set. In court documents obtained by the outlet, it was reported that Chelsea appeared in front of the judge on Monday, October 14, via Zoom, and her bail was set at $5,000, which she has not yet been able to pay. She was also ordered to stay sober upon her release.

As a baby, Chelsea was adopted by O'Donnell and her ex-wife, Kelli Carpenter. O'Donnell is also a mother to Parker, 29, Blake, 24, Vivienne, 21, and Dakota, 11. Chelsea has four children herself.
