Sam Faiers reveals her big TV return plans - 'I'm really excited!'

Sam Faiers exclusively reveals she's heading back to our TV screens with a very exciting new project - four years after leaving Sam and Billie Faiers: The Mummy Diaries

Sam Faiers stepped back from The Mummy Diaries in summer 2021 but promised fans that it wasn't the end of her TV career - and now she's exclusively revealed that she's preparing a comeback. Now 33 and a mum of three, Sam says she has something exciting "up her sleeve" and she can't wait for people to see what it is.

Next year (2025) marks 11 years since Sam last appeared on TOWIE, after joining the show as one of the original cast members in the very first episode. After leaving in 2014, she went on to star in ITV's Sam and Billie Faiers: The Mummy Diaries, but bid the show an emotional farewell in 2021, telling fans she wanted to "focus on new adventures", and in an exclusive chat with OK!, she shares some big news.

In her lengthy departure announcement, she said the decision came after many months of consideration but she'd always promised herself that when her children - Paul, now eight, Rosie, six, and Edward, two - started school, she would reassess her role.

"For me personally TV has been my career for the last 11 years, you have watched me grow up since I was 19 and I don’t plan on retiring yet," she wrote. "I’m working on some exiting projects and very excited for this next chapter. I love you all so much thank you Sam x".

Her "next chapter" included the birth of her third child, and also the launch of her incredibly successful business, Revive Collagen, which now turns over millions of pounds every year. And in a candid and wide-ranging chat, Sam reveals she's got something to share with fans - but she's only allowed to share a sneaky few tidbits.

She's certainly had a busy few years, managing a total home renovation, with stunning results, giving birth to Edward and adjusting to three children, and also turning her business into one of the UK's top 100 fastest-growing, privately-owned businesses.

“Actually we’ve got a little something up my sleeve for next year,” she says. “But I can’t say too much because we're in the final stages of negotiations.”

On who the "we" in question is - maybe Paul, Billie or her Revive Collaged co-founder John Bailey? - Sam remains tight lipped. "It could be any of those people. I can’t say any more. But what I can say is it’s something we haven’t done before and I’m really excited."
