Samsung Galaxy A36 could possibly make a debut in the first half of 2025. The smartphone’s support page has appeared on the official UAE website. And the device has also appeared on the Global Certification Forum (GCF) in the past. According to multiple listings, the device will carry model number SM-A366B/DS. The device is going to succeed the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G in the global market.

Samsung Galaxy A36 leaked specifications and features

The Samsung Galaxy A36 will reach the market with a 6.6-inch FHD+ AMOLED display coupled with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will be most probably powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor or maybe the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor in place of the Samsung Exynos 1380 chipset that was seen in its predecessor.

It will also get 8GB RAM along with 128GB internal storage in the base variant. However, at the time of launch, we can expect the smartphone to have multiple RAM and storage variants. Furthermore, the handset will operate on the Android 15 operating system with Samsung One UI 7.0 skin on top.

The Samsung Galaxy A36 will bring a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary snapper. On the front, we will get to see a 13MP sensor for capturing selfies and attending video calls. The smartphone will also get 54W fast charging support which is again an upgrade over the 25W charging that we have seen in Galax A35 5g. All other details related to the smartphone are still under wraps. Speculations are that we will get to know more about the same as soon as Samsung announces something officially.
