Samsung Galaxy S25 series is getting ready for a launch pretty soon. In a recent development, the devices have appeared on the FCC certification database. In a report published by MySmartPrice, the key features and specifications of the devices from the series have been revealed.

First things first, it has been confirmed that the series will ship with three devices – Samsung Galaxy S25 (model number SM-S931B/DS), Samsung Galaxy (model number S25+ SM-S936B/DS), and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (model number SM-S938B/DS)

Samsung Galaxy S25 series leaked specifications and features.

The tests on Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ were conducted using Samsung’s EP TA800 charging adapter which confirms the support of devices for 25W fast charging support. The mentioned variants from the series will support Type-C charging.

Other additional certifications of the smartphones have confirmed the inclusion of wireless power sharing and wireless charging. Connectivity options that we will get to see in both devices are WiFi 802.11, Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), ultra-wideband, DisplayPort, Near Field Communication (NFC), and Bluetooth 5.4.

Coming to the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, it was also tested with the EP-TA800 adapter which means 25W charging support. Nonetheless, expectations are that the smartphone will be shipping with 45W fast charging support similar to its predecessor. It will also support both wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. Connectivity features offered in the device are similar to the base and Plus variants. What’s more, is that the flagship variant will also carry Galaxy S Pen support.

Previous reports regarding all three smartphones from the Samsung Galaxy S25 series have suggested that they will ship with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. However, nothing related to the same has been officially confirmed by Samsung until now. Until Samsung announces something officially, all the readers are suggested to take the information with a grain of salt.
