Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra key specification tipped ahead of launch

Samsung is gearing up to release the Galaxy S25 series via the Unpacked event on January 22, 2025. The series will bring three devices including Samsung Galaxy S25, Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus, and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. And the leaks related to the smartphones are increasing with each passing day. In a recent development, a reliable tipster has revealed the key specifications of the device.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra expected specifications and features

According to WinFuture’s Roland Quandt, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will get a Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display coupled with 120Hz refresh along with HDR10+ support. It is also being said that the smartphone’s display panel could get 2600 nits of peak brightness. The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Previous rumors related to the series have suggested that the other two phones will also ship with the flagship Snapdragon processor.

The device will be available in three configurations – 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 1TB internal storage. Rumors have it that the handset will bring 45W wired fast charging support along with 25W wireless charging support. This is going to be a considerable upgrade over its predecessor that shipped with the 15W wireless charging support.

Apart from all that, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be available in different color options comprising three online exclusive options. In terms of optics, we will get to see a quad rear camera setup comprising a 200MP primary shooter, a 50MP telephoto shooter with 5x zoom, a 50MP ultrawide angle shooter, and a 10MP telephoto shooter 3x zoom. It may also house a 5000mAh battery as well. All other details of the device have not been revealed yet. We may get to know more about the same in the coming days.
