According to court documents, Parham accuses Combs of sexually assaulting her after she commented on his potential involvement in the death of Tupac Shakur. According to Forbes, Parham alleges that Diddy targeted her and raped her as “payback” for a comment she made. Parham revealed that she suggested Diddy was responsible for Tupac’s death after an acquaintance called the rapper on Facetime while they were spending time together. Parham claims Diddy threatened to make her “pay” for the comment.

A month after the comment, Parham alleges Combs showed up at a private residence she was visiting. She claims he and his entourage drugged her and raped her.

In September 2023, Las Vegas police arrested Duane “Keffe D” Davis in connection with the death of Tupac Shakur. According to the Associated Press, a spokesman revealed that Davis is the “ringleader” of the group who carried out the shooting. However, police don’t believe he is the man who pulled the trigger.

Davis reportedly implicated Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in the slaying multiple times over the years. According to NewsNation, Davis alleges Combs paid $1 million to have the murder carried out. Combs has never been investigated in connection with Shakur’s death. It is unclear if Combs’ accuser is connected to Davis in any way.
