Shocking allegations: Diddy accused of passing drugged personal trainer to celebrities for sex acts

A personal trainer claims Sean Diddy Combs "passed [his] drugged body around like a party favor" in the latest allegation of sexual offenses against the music executive, now totalling over 120.

Some victims say they are as young as 13, as the 54-year-old finds countless legal action against him, including from the federal United States government, who have charged him with human trafficking, racketeering and transportation for prostitution.

Whilst he denies all charges and allegations against his name and has the backing of his children, more and more offenses continue to come forwards including from Tony Buzbee on behalf this unidentified personal trainer.

"While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced Plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and woman," Buzbee, an attorney, writes in the filed document. "[The] plaintiff's physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances.

"Or otherwise control his body. These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed plaintiff's drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment."

Plaintiff forced into non-disclosure agreement

The John Doe's claim relates to an event on July 27, 2022 when the person attended a BET Awards ceremony after-show at his mansion in Los Angeles, California after they had met through a mutual associate, with Combs reportedly "impressed" by his fitness regime.

He attended the party, hosted by Diddy after he won the Lifetime Achievement, with the aim of networking to earn a client list with higher prestige and thus, better financial earnings before saying he was assaulted.

As part of the condition to enter the party, after being collected by a black Lincoln Navigator, he had to sign a non-disclosure agreement but was not handed a copy of the legal contract to keep.

He says he was then told to drink a tequila mixed with cranberry juice to get through the door, before being led to a "smaller room with red lights".

There [the] Plaintiff observed approximately a dozen individuals, including several well-known figures, who were engaging in group-sex activities," Buzbee continues. "Once inside this smaller room, Plaintiff began to feel disoriented, dizzy and weak.

"Far beyond what he would expect from consuming a single alcoholic beverage. It became clear to him that something was wrong. He later realized someone had drugged him.

"At this moment of realizing his significant impairment, Combs approached Plaintiff, removed his pants, and began performing non-consensual oral sex onto him."
