Janelle Brown is still very much grieving the loss of her son, Garrison Brown. In March, it was revealed that Garrison, the son of Janelle and Kody Brown, had committed suicide. Sister Wives fans learned he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Since the sad day, the family has banded together to try to understand it all. Janelle has been working hard to get her late son’s affairs in order and finally may have found a buyer for the starter home he was so proud of.
Garrison Brown’s home is off the market
According to The Sun, Garrison’s four-bedroom home took some time to move. The Arizona home with two bathrooms, went up for sale in September 2024. The listing price was $425,000. But the Sister Wives home, which was used for a film location, seemed to sit. After two price cuts totaling $35,000, the empty home finally found a buyer. The final price slash came on November 11. The outlet reported that the house was listed as “under contract” as of November 26, 2024. The selling price was listed as $389,900.
Sister Wives fans will recall Garrison purchased the house in December 2021. The former Nevada National Army Gaurd soldier was thrilled, but he had finally saved up for his dream home. During the worldwide pandemic, Garrison lived at home to help save pennies. At the time, Kody wanted to kick him out for not following the rules. Garrison bought the 1,441-square-foot home home for $329,000. The listing said, “The home has fresh paint, vinyl floors, and air conditioning. On the main level, you will find a living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen, pantry, laundry/washer dryer, and an office/den with a 3/4 bath.” Janelle is still doing her best to honor her son, so here is hoping the new owners treasure it as much as Garrison did.
Sister Wives airs on Sundays on TLC.
