Hoda Kotb and Joel Schiffman are crushing co-parenting this Christmas.
The former couple reunited Wednesday to celebrate the holiday with their daughters, Haley, 7, and Hope, 5.
Kotb and Schiffman, who were engaged from 2019 to 2021, matched their little ones in plaid pajama pants and reindeer shirts.
“Merry Christmas🎄🎄,” the outgoing “Today” show co-anchor, 60, captioned the sweet family snaps via Instagram.
She continued giving glimpses of their day together, from opening presents to watching the Kansas City Chiefs play the Pittsburgh Steelers.
By the time the foursome ate dinner with Kotb’s mom and sister, they were all “still in Christmas jammies!!”

Three days prior, Kotb hinted that Schiffman would be included in her family’s celebration by posting a picture of six stockings over her fireplace.
Fans noticed over the weekend that one was for “Dad.”
Kotb went on to tell “Today with Hoda & Jenna” viewers Tuesday that the financier, 66, is part of the “group” with whom she rings in the holiday.
“We get together,” she said. “It’s kind of just a cozy Christmas.”
Kotb and Schiffman dated for six years before the businessman got down on one knee in 2019, but the journalist stopped wearing her engagement ring three years later.
“Joel and I have had a lot of prayer and really meaningful conversations over the holidays, and we decided that we’re better as friends and parents,” she told NBC viewers of their “new path” at the beginning of 2022.
Kotb made another on-air announcement in September when she revealed her departure from the network after 26 years.
“I decided this is the right time for me to kind of move on,” she said. “This is the hardest thing in the world.”
Craig Melvin will replace Kotb when she officially exits “Today” in January.
