Sister Wives star SUDDENLY 'closes a chapter' shutting door on trendy opportunity

These days, Sister Wives is rarely short of surprising twists. On the show, people have seen how the Brown family’s lives have drastically changed over the years. And, even when cameras aren’t rolling, it seems there’s always something eventful going on.

Just as the New Year kicks off, Janelle Brown’s daughter, Maddie Brush, shares how she’s stepping away from her podcast, The Authentic Society. Maddie only just seemed to be getting started with the show, dishing some details on her childhood in 2024 episodes. The podcast launched in late 2024 with co-host Jayme Byrd Langley, but now the Sister Wives star explains she’s chosen to leave.

Sister Wives star is expanding her family

Naturally, it’s family first for Maddie. She’s a mom of three and has a fourth child on the way. So, her choice to step away from The Authentic Society may come down to the fact she’s got a busy home life.

Taking to Instagram, she said the pod, “no longer aligns with her goals or the vision she has for her future…”

It’s obviously a busy time for Maddie and her husband, Caleb Brush. Their fourth child is due in March.

As well as juggling family life, and Sister Wives filming, Maddie has been busy creating a new home for her family, including her mom, Janelle.

Janelle opted to step away from life in Flagstaff, Arizona, and was seeing viewing different plots of land across the US with her daughter on Sister Wives.

Not only is Taeda Farms a home for the Brush and Brown family, but it’s also a flower business.

It seems Maddie really has a lot on her plate, so it makes sense for her to drop her podcast responsibilities. But, her co-host, Jayme, is continuing the show. She reassured fans that The Authentic Society will remain active, promising plenty of fresh content in the weeks ahead.

Although Janelle and Kody’s daughter says she’s taking a step back from podcasting, the TLC star hasn’t ruled out revisiting the platform in the future. For now, her focus remains on nurturing her growing family, tending to her blossoming farm, and navigating this exciting new chapter of her life.
