Solange Knowles has criticized her mom, Tina Knowles, for posting a low-quality screenshot of the two of them on Instagram.
Tina took to the social media platform to upload a photo of herself and her daughter. She wrote in the caption: "A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of hanging out with my baby Solange. @solangeknowles at the Lacma Gala we had a ball. My friend just sent me this photo [red heart emojis] both in @gucci."
The snap was clearly a screenshot from someone else's post, as it included the numbers 13/15, which indicates the photo was originally in a carousel post. A white bar can also be seen at the top of the screenshot.
Solange was quick to call out her mom, writing in the comments: "lol mama I sent u this High Quality and un cropped liiike."
The singer wasn't the only one to notice the low-quality photo that was uploaded, as others pointed it out in the comments, with one person writing: "ms tina we gotta teach you how to crop."
"Ms Tina you are cuteee for that kinda cropping .. My mom does that too and now it looks more like MOMMIES stuff," said another.
A third person added: "@solangeknowles mama Tina is just like all mothers. I truly understand how you feel!"
Other commenters have theorized that Tina posted the photo after commentator Candace Owens criticized her other daughter, Beyoncé.
"Beautiful!!!! Ignore Ms.Owens!!! She jealous!!!!" one person wrote.
"Is this a warning to Candice Owen's Air head self..." a different Instagram user commented.
"One thing about Tina is she not about to let the media play with her kids," said another.
Newsweek emailed spokespeople for Tina and Owens for comment on Wednesday outside of normal business hours.
Tina defended Beyoncé after Owens shared a report alleging that the Grammy-award-winner was paid $10 million to speak at Vice President Kamala Harris's Houston rally in October.
"Beyoncé allegedly got paid $10m for that pathetic little endorsement of Kamala Harris. What was it, three minutes? $10m for three minutes of her life?" Owens, who previously endorsed Donald Trump, said in a clip uploaded to Instagram.
Owens shared a clip of the podcast episode on Instagram, which has since been blurred by the social media platform. Before being able to view the video, a note informs users that the clip includes "false information."
"So this has been flagged on Instagram as fake news and taken down. It's called False Information," Beyoncé's mother wrote on Instagram alongside a screenshot of the blurred post.
"The lie is that Beyoncé was paid 10 million dollars to speak at a rally in Houston for Vice President Kamala Harris. When In Fact: Beyoncé did not receive a penny for speaking at a Presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harrris's Rally in Houston. In fact she actually paid for her own flights for her and her team, and total Glam [sic]."
Owens took to her Instagram to address Tina's post, uploading a video with the caption: "You gonna try get this 'fact-checked' too, @mstinaknowles?"
"Somebody texted me to say Beyoncé's mommy came for me on Instagram. I said, 'What? Excuse me? Tina Knowles? What have I done to deserve this? This is so wrong,'" she said in the clip, before providing viewers with background information about the fact that she previously discussed Beyoncé's attendance at Harris' rally.
Owens added: "Apparently, this is what broke Beyoncé. Beyoncé just completely had some sort of a mental breakdown and called her mommy about this. And is like 'Candace Owens is saying what everybody is saying for an entire week but this is Candace Owens."
