Soulja Boy’s girlfriend Jackilyn Martinez accused Blueface of causing her severe emotional distress including crying spells and panic attacks after he spread alleged lies about her, In Touch can exclusively reveal.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Jackilyn described in her defamation lawsuit how she felt after she was dragged into Soulja’s public back and forth with Blueface.
As Blueface, 27, and Soulja, 34, argued on social media, Blueface claimed he had hooked up with Jackilyn the day before her baby shower in March 2022. Soulja attended the baby shower in question.
Blueface wrote, “I hit Soulja [baby momma] day before her baby shower and he payed [sic] for it.” He continued, “I don’t tell no lies … had [Jackilyn] bent over.”
He added, “Till Soulja get a DNA test that’s my child lil bro I’m the daddy now.” Jackilyn said the “defamatory statements” are false.
She said, “I had protected, sexual intercourse only one time with [Blueface] years ago, in 2018.” She said, “Since 2018, I have not had any interaction with [Blueface].”
Jackilyn said she has not engaged in any sexual activity or conduct of any kind with Blueface since 2018.
She told the court, “I did not engage in any sexual activity with [Blueface] the day before my baby shower, or while I was pregnant. There is zero chance that [Blueface] is my child’s biological father. A DNA test confirmed [Soulja] is the father of my child, not [Blueface].”
Jackilyn said she had her legal team fire off a cease and desist letter to Blueface on December 19, 2023.
The letter warned him if he didn’t remove the posts he could face legal action.
She said the rapper responded to the letter by posting on social media, “Nobody ever said your name. I don’t even know who you are.” Jackilyn said she started to receive death threats from an Instagram account from unknown persons telling her “we gun in u down.”
Another said, “When u in the grave I’ll make sure you baby alr.” Jackilyn said she is afraid and gravely concerned for her child’s safety and well being, and I am extremely nervous and afraid to go outside or be in public.” Jackilyn said she filed a police report over the death threats on December 19, 2023.
She said she fears her reputation has been ruined.
She said she suffered and continues to suffer severe emotional distress, including depression, anxiety panic attacks, crying spells, fear and anger, as well as physical injuries and symptoms, including insomnia, nausea, headaches, and lack of appetite.
Jackilyn demanded $10 million in damages broken down as $250,000 for future loss of earnings, $2.5 million for pain and suffering, $2.5 million for emotional distress and another $5 million in punitive damages.
Blueface has been locked up for months on a probation violation but a judge recently granted him probation. He has yet to file an official response to the lawsuit.
Jackilyn served Blueface with the legal papers weeks before he was locked up. Court records show she had a process server track him down at a club appearance on January 7.
