Motherhood
Sarah prefers to keep private about her personal life, but she is a mother to her daughter. The pair live in Blackheath together with their cat Percy.
She recently opened up about her daughter in a Strictly VT. She was performing a foxtrot to Billie Eilish's Birds of a Feather with her dance pro Vito Coppola.
She said: “[This dance] it's about my family and me and my little one. This song is special to us because we sing it together. It would be really lovely to show how I feel in the dance.”
Sarah also spoke about being a working mum, telling Hello! Magazine: “It's quite a juggle but you manage to do it like all working mums. I think you just have to put your 'mum hat' on and your 'work hat' on and I feel so lucky to be doing this show.”
The family live in a home in Blackheath that was originally a stable.
Back in 2019, she told The Times: “We have a farmers' market and an annual street party. I love the village feel.
“I found my house while traipsing behind my dad, telling him, 'Don't be ridiculous, I'll never be able to afford Blackheath.' We promptly came across this house. I am attracted to quirky buildings. The house was originally a stable — I have photos of it in the 1980s, with barn doors.”
