Summer House’s Carl Radke Celebrated New Year With RHOSLC Star Meredith Marks

Much has changed in Carl Radke’s life since last year. In 2023, he split with Lindsay Hubbard, his former fiancée and co-star of Summer House. Season 9, which premieres in February, looks filled with drama, including Lindsay insinuating that Carl might not have been faithful. Well, in the spirit of the holidays, Carl spent some time with Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Meredith Marks to celebrate the New Year.

Carl had a busy 2024. He announced Soft Bar + Cafe, his new business venture. The non-alcoholic Brooklyn bar sounds amazing. “There are a lot of sugary, overpriced mocktails, but what we are creating here are called ‘soft cocktails,'” he previously explained. “These are premium, they are sophisticated, and they are elevated.” Well, hopefully, work helped keep Carl focused while filming Summer House with Lindsay.

According to The Daily Dish, Carl showed off his celebration with Meredith and her husband, Seth Marks, in an Instagram Story. He posted several videos, including one of Carl, Meredith, Seth, and their friends settling in for dinner at Flyfish Club in New York City. Seth and Meredith smiled at the camera before the camera showed a table filled with (gasp!) caviar. Of course, what else would be served by The Meredith Marks Caviar founder?

Another clip showed Carl sitting at the table. And he looked dapper in a tan velvet suit with a black shirt. Meredith captioned the video, “2025 is the year of caviar problems.” Next, the RHOSLC “OG” showed off the dance floor, including a smiling Carl. No word if Carl busted a move or two to ring in the New Year.

Of course, Meredith and Craig’s friendship isn’t a complete shock. After all, Meredith only lives in Salt Lake City for part of the year. “I spend four to six months of the year in Park City,” Meredith explained, “and I spend the rest of the year between New York, LA, a little bit of Miami, Europe, and a little bit of Asia sometimes.”

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is back on Wednesday, January 8 at 9/8c on Bravo, while Summer House Season 9 premieres February 12 at 9/8c on Bravo.
