As Thanksgiving unfolded, speculation ran high about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's holiday plans. While details remain scarce, new reports suggest there may have been unexpected changes to the Kelce family's schedule, hinting that Swift might have hosted them in Nashville.
Jason Kelce had previously revealed on the New Heights podcast that the family planned to gather in Kansas City for Thanksgiving, coinciding with Travis Kelce and the Chiefs' game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Friday.
"We're all going to KC for Thanksgiving," Jason said. "You guys play Friday night for Amazon. After the game, we can play Mafia."
However, Donna Kelce, Travis and Jason's mother, suggested on the Today show that the celebration would be low-key due to the tight football schedule.
"Travis is playing the day after Thanksgiving," she explained. "Football is always about the holidays. It's football's family."
Private jets in motion
According to the Daily Mail, Taylor Swift's private jet, a Dassault Falcon 7X, was seen arriving in Kansas City before returning to Nashville on Wednesday evening.
Shortly afterward, Jason Kelce's private plane reportedly landed in Nashville, sparking rumors that Swift may have invited the Kelce family to celebrate Thanksgiving at her home.
While the movements of the jets suggest a change in plans, neither Swift nor the Kelce family has confirmed the reports.
Donna Kelce had previously noted that Swift's Eras Tour schedule might prevent her from spending Thanksgiving with the family. However, with Swift currently on a brief break from her tour, it's plausible she used the holiday to spend quality time with Travis and possibly his family.
Swift and Kelce's relationship has been making headlines since the summer of 2023, with fans eagerly tracking their growing bond. If the reports are true, the singer hosting the Kelce family would mark another milestone in their high-profile romance.
