Pastor TD Jakes just got his with some explosive allegations, from a young man who claims the pastor “groomed” and “abused” him, Media Take Out has learned.
TD Jakes is denying the allegations and has filed a defamation lawsuit against the man in Pennsylvania federal court.
The man making the allegations is a pastor named Duane Youngblood, who has troubled past. Duane claimed last month during an episode of the Larry Reid Live podcast entitled “The Abused Become the Abuser”, Duane accused Jakes of attempting to s**ually abuse him when the former was still a teenager.
He said Jakes wrapped his arms around him during a trip to Pittsburgh and tried to kiss him. He further alleged receiving a phone call from Jakes to discuss having a s*xual relationship.
Duane was “18 or 19” at the time, and struggling with his s**uality at the time. He claims that Bishop Jakes singled him out, and tried to groom him. Listen to the story.

Pastor TD Jakes is not sitting back and accepting Duane’s testimony. He claims that Duane hired Tyrone Blackburn, and has been trying too shake him down for $6 million.
In a defamation lawsuit filed by TD Jakes, he says that Youngblood sought $6 million from Jakes to hush the issue, vowing to take him to the court for s*xual assault if the demands were not met. The complaint said, “Youngblood’s intent and motive for making these allegations would be made absolutely clear with his exorbitant financial demands weeks later.”
Jakes’ legal counsel claims that such actions amount to extortion and these actions have provoked a medical emergency that Jakes suffered during a church service shortly after accusations were made against him.
TD Jakes is currently recovering after having an unspecified medical emergency while preaching last Sunday – just days before this explosive story was set to drop.
The 67 year old pastor claims that he did not have a stroke, but that he’s currently in the hospital recovering.
