Biles comes in at 4 feet and 8 inches tall, or 1.42 metres.
The gymnast famously took a photo with former basketball player Shaquille O'Neal, who is notorious for his large frame.
In the snap, Biles just barely passes O'Neal's waist - though many fans have pointed out she is wearing heels, making the real height difference even more stark.
The photo, which was first uploaded in 2017, recently resurfaced when Biles competed in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
"She's so tiny the picture looks photoshopped!!," one fan said.
"I'll never get over this photo," added another.
