The Wanted star Max Geroge has shared an update from his hospital bed after experiencing another heart scare.
The 36-year old singer revealed he will be spending Christmas in hospital to undergo heart surgery. In a new video, Max said: "Hey everyone, I hope you're good. Little update - so I've had a bit of a rough day today. My heart rate dropped a bit this morning so that was a little bit scary.
"A lot of friends and family are asking why I'm not just going in and having anything done yet. It's because there's so many tests that need to be done before we do anything. So next week I'll get the tests done and they'll know exactly what to do."

Max didn't disclose his exact condition. The star, who has previously battled alcoholism, admitted he is "very lucky" the condition was caught.
Following his announcement, Max shared a cheeky dig from his hospital bed about Manchester City's defeat in Wednesday night's football match. With a heart monitor strapped across his chest, he quipped: "So I think they are officially trying to kill me off... come on boys."
Over the years, Max has been candid about his struggle with binge drinking and alcoholism, once confessing to downing '10 pints and three bottles of wine in one night'.
Last year, the singer admitted that he used alcohol as a coping mechanism to deal with fame and to alleviate his anxiety during his 'lowest ever point.
Discussing his drinking habits on Channel 4's Scared Of The Dark, he revealed: "I would always be p***ed before we performed. I struggled to adapt so I used to drink to make myself feel like it didn't bother me.
"It's quite hard sometimes to differentiate between the anxiety and depression but mine was certainly more the anxiety side which started when the boys got to number one with All Time Low.
The Wanted's Siva Kaneswaran, Nathan Sykes, Tom, Max and Jay McGuiness were last pictured together in 2021. Max is currently facing a health battle following the tragic death of his best friend and bandmate, Tom Parker, who passed away at the age of 33 on March 30, 2022, after an 18-month fight with brain cancer. They were last photographed together in 2021.
He also shared that Tom Parker's stage four glioblastoma diagnosis motivated him to quit drinking.
