Beauty gifts are aplenty this season, but for those on a budget, you're in luck as This Morning expert Nadine Baggott, 60, has shared some affordable options to shop.

Appearing on the ITV's hit daytime show last Thursday (December 5), Nadine unveiled her pick of the "must-have" beauty gifts for Christmas, from skincare to fragrances. The Inkey List's Bio-Active Ceramide Enriched Moisturiser, £19, was the first product in her roundup.

Bursting with bio-active ceramides, the budget-friendly cream works to strengthen the skin barrier and reduce the first signs of ageing. Beauty guru Nadine hailed the formula as "absolutely brilliant" and "perfect for winter skin". Singing its praises to Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, she added: "It's my favourite launch of the year."

The ITV regular isn't the only one heaping praise on this £19 beauty wonder. On The Inkey List's website, the moisturiser has received more than 800 five-star ratings from impressed skincare fans, many of who claim to have noticed results after just a few uses.

One customer, called Helen, said: "LOVE!!! Not only has it brightened my skin but it feels much more hydrated and plump which is a huge benefit for me during the winter! I really love the perfume free smell, I have sensitive skin so again…big bonus for me!"

A second wrote: "Incredible results in just over two weeks. I absolutely love the rich formula and non greasy texture of the moisturiser. It is beautiful to apply and absorbs extremely well. It fairs well under makeup too which is a bonus. The improvements to my skin's appearance and feel are very impressive."

However, someone else felt less impressed with the texture, saying: "I think it’s too thick for my combination-oily skin and I definitely couldn't wear it during the day. I think people with dry-skin would find this much better. I do like using it during the night and my skin is plump and soft when I wake up the next day.

With plenty of rave reviews to go by, The Inkey List Ceramide Enriched Moisturiser could be your next beauty favourite. The popular formula was just one of several beauty gifts shared by Nadine on last Thursday's This Morning. The TV star boasts more than 30 years of experience in the industry, and she is known for her extensive skincare knowledge.

When speaking with the Mirror's senior beauty writer, Bethan Shufflebotham, Nadine revealed: "I don't use prescription skincare as I have pretty normal, mature skin, but I have a big soft spot for a retinal. Retinal is the strongest form of vitamin A you can get on the market prior to prescription skincare and my favourite is this one from Medik8."

The product in question is the award-winning Medik8 Crystal Retinal, £45. It comes in 'stages', beginning with 1 and increasing to CR3, 6, 10 and 20.

If you're after alternative ceramide moisturisers, Dr.Jart+ Ceramidin Ectoin-Infused Cream is another much-loved choice, costing £56. Meanwhile, The Ordinary's Natural Moisturizing Factors + PhytoCeramides comes in at just £9.60.
