The 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 couples were assigned “homework” after a sex therapy session during episode 5. While some excelled, others fell short miserably.

Jasmine Announced She Wanted an Open Relationship With Gino

After Jasmine Pineda announced that her husband, Gino Palazzolo, wasn’t satisfying her in bed, she told the group during a couples’ therapy session that she would like to be in an open relationship.

“I don’t think that’s something I want,” Gino replied when asked his thoughts.

The Panama native admitted she couldn’t see herself ever being sexually satisfied with Gino, to which he responded by telling her she was giving up. He also stated that bringing a third person into the relationship would be a “dealbreaker.”

The ‘90 Day: The Last Resort’ Season 2 Couples Do ‘Homework’

After the sex therapy session, the 90 Day: The Last Resort couples were assigned “homework” to do in the evening. Rob Warne and Sophie Sierra were instructed to take turns “dominating each other,” Ariela Weinberg and Biniyam Shibre were sent off on a romantic date, Brandon Gibbs and Julia Trubkina were given sex toys to “get silly” with, Stacey Silva and Florian Sukaj were told to roleplay and lastly, Gino was assigned to plan a “night of seduction” for Jasmine.

Although the evening went well for Stacey and Florian — ending in a night of intimacy — the same could not be said for the rest of the couples. Julia and Brandon spent more time laughing, trying to figure out their props, rather than building attraction. Meanwhile, Sophie attempted to dominate Rob by tying him up and blindfolding him, but she couldn’t seem to take the exercise seriously.

Gino tried to seduce Jasmine by initiating a romantic night in a hot tub but killed the mood when he started laughing while giving her a massage.

“This is what you do at home all the time,” Jasmine complained, before calling her husband selfish for “satisfying himself” every day with his “pornography addiction.”

Gino denied having a pornography addiction, but Jasmine didn’t believe him. “You have been in a bad mood because we are in the same room and you can’t watch your pornography,” the mom of two yelled as Gino angrily left the hot tub.

The Girls Worked It Out After the Club Incident

The next day, the men and women separated to recount their homework assignments.

Brandon, Rob, Gino, and Florian gathered at a cabana at the resort, where most of them agreed that the evening’s activity hadn’t achieved much.

Rob asked the group who they thought would even make it to the season’s recommitment ceremony, to which Brandon replied, “At this point, I don’t know.”

“I don’t know how much a husband is supposed to give in before it’s justified to walk away,” Rob added.

Meanwhile, Jasmine, Sophie and Julia went to discuss their experiences at a hat bar, where they customized their own cowboy hats. Jasmine informed the group about what happened at the hot tub with Gino, while Sophie confessed to the group that it had been a year since she and Rob had been intimate.

The group then learned that Stacey and Natalie Mordovtseva would be joining them and were uneasy after the altercation that happened at the nightclub.

As soon as the Ukraine native walked in, Jasmine threw shade quickly by telling the group, “What are you doing? Move the glasses away, move the scissors away,” hinting at Natalie’s last incident.

Natalie came to the meeting with hopes of reconciliation with the women. She told the group about the bullying she received growing up and blamed her harsh reaction to her on-off boyfriend, Josh Weinberg, messaging Sophie on feeling “bitchy energy.”

Sophie assured Natalie that she wasn’t coming for a man and offered to show her the whole conversation with Josh. After reading it over, Natalie admitted it was one-sided and Sophie did nothing wrong. Natalie apologized to Sophie, despite her not being ready to receive it.

Stacey asked the group if they were “all good, okay, and ready to support each other in therapy,” and everyone agreed.

Drama Erupted Again After a Few Drinks

Back at the resort, the men were drinking while the women returned sporting their new cowboy hats.

After Gino hugged Natalie uncomfortably long, he was asked how much he had been drinking. “Too much,” he replied.

Jasmine immediately apologized to Natalie on behalf of Gino and called Florian out for being a “bad influence” on her husband. The drama only continued to escalate after Jasmine tried to take the drink out of Gino’s hand, which prompted Florian and Rob to try to stop her.

Despite his drink being destroyed, Gino returned to the bar and ordered another. Jasmine vowed to ruin it again, but Florian confronted her, criticizing her for treating Gino like a child.

Stacey yelled at Florian to “get out” of Jasmine’s face, and when he ignored her, she threw a drink in his face.
