Tom Brady Might Be in His Feelings About Ex Gisele Bündchen’s Pregnancy After This Instagram Post

Gisele Bündchen surprised fans all over the globe with her pregnancy news on Monday, Oct. 28. The 44-year-old supermodel is expecting her first child with her boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, but people are curious to know how her ex-husband, Tom Brady is feeling about the situation. 

Well, it appears the retired NFL quarterback is in his feelings after the public heard the news. On the same day as the pregnancy announcement, Brady shared a gorgeous sunset snapshot on his Instagram Story with The Chicks’ cover version of Fleetwood Mac’s hit single, “Landslide,” playing. If that wasn’t enough, he wrote part of Stevie Nicks’ iconic lyrics on the photo. (You can see the photo here.)

The quote also included three heart emojis: “Oh mirror in the sky, what is love / Can the child inside my heart rise above / Can I sail through the changing ocean tides?” Honestly, that might be the most raw and vulnerable fans have ever seen Brady. While he didn’t offer any explanation for the post, the timing sure is curious and opens his feelings up to massive interpretation. 

The couple divorced in 2022 after 13 years of marriage, but there seemed to be some back-and-forth over what was happening behind the scenes ahead of their divorce. Bündchen had some fair demands that were tied to his retirement from football, but it appeared that Brady put his career ahead of her family goals — and the rest is history. The fashion icon hinted at this strife in a September 2022 interview with ELLE. 

“I’ve done my part, which is [to] be there for [Tom],” she shared. “I moved to Boston, and I focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children [son Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11,] to grow up in and to be there supporting him and his dreams. Seeing my children succeed and become the beautiful little humans that they are, seeing him succeed, and being fulfilled in his career—it makes me happy. At this point in my life, I feel like I’ve done a good job on that.”

Bündchen felt like it was her turn to shine, but Brady decided to un-retire which seemed to put the nail in the coffin of their marriage. Now, she’s moved forward in love and her career, and it looks like Brady might feel a little stuck in the past.
