A train running along Norway's northern coast, known as the Arctic Circle Express, derailed on Thursday with up to 70 people onboard, police reported.
There has been no immediate confirmation of casualties. The train was en route to the northern town of Bodoe, located just north of the Arctic Circle.
Photos in Norwegian media showed the locomotive and at least two passenger cars involved in the derailment.
Authorities are responding to the incident, and further updates are expected.
