Trump's Got New Robot Dog Guards, And You Can Guess What Jimmy Fallon Said

1 week ago 2

Robot dogs are apparently patrolling Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, and Jimmy Fallon joked that the president-elect’s already using them as fearmongering material.

“Get this,” the “Tonight Show” host said Monday. “Robot dogs have been deployed at Mar-a-Lago to help protect Trump, and now Trump’s claiming ’they’re eating the robot cats, they’re eating the robot...”

″‘They’re eating the Roombas!’” he added.

Video shot at Trump’s Palm Beach, Florida, resort on Thursday shows a robotic dog on patrol. A Secret Service spokesperson told USA Today robot dogs are considered Secret Service assets and are “equipped with surveillance technology, and an array of advanced sensors that support our protective operations.”

Fallon has persistently mocked Trump over his baseless claim at the Sept. 10 presidential debate that immigrants in an Ohio town were “eating the dogs ... they’re eating the cats.”
