The Real Housewives of Miami is set for a shakeup this coming season as Alexia Nepola gives her take on where she stands with casting, and a newbie makes themselves known.

As newcomer Stephanie Shojaee, 40, is announced as an addition to the Real Housewives of Miami cast, Alexia admits she would let the show go if it meant saving her marriage to Todd Nepola, speaking to Page Six this fall.

Bravo welcomes real estate developer Stephanie to the show. She describes herself as a “tough cookie, but a delicious cookie,” per an interview with Bravo’s Daily Dish.

She hails from Miami and describes her job as “fun,” adding how she works with her husband, Masoud Shojaee, 63.

Masoud is the CEO of real estate development company Shoma Group.

He has an estimated net worth of $1 to $5 billion per Tuko.

Speaking on Caroline Stanbury’s Divorced Not Dead podcast in 2022, it’s revealed that Stephanie was already in the real estate industry before meeting her husband.

“I deal with it daily, where people assume you slept your way to the top,” Stephanie tells Caroline.

She adds: “I started in real estate because of my dad.”

By the looks of Stephanie and Masoud’s social media profiles, they’re very much in love after years of marriage.

The two are described as a “power couple” by GQ and they’ve reportedly “handled more than $5 billion in real estate transactions.”

The company was founded in 1988 by Masoud, and it’s still thriving today.

However, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows as Stephanie previously admitted she’s been called a “gold digger” in the past.

Not only that but in her interview with Caroline, she explains that her relationship with her husband’s kids is non-existent.

Stephanie explains: “Unfortunately, we never had a relationship.”

She adds how there was a perception there she was dating “for the money” as she was in a relationship with an older man.

Speaking of Masoud’s daughters who are close in age to her, she says: “They never once gave me a shot.”

Stephanie adds how she believes Masoud has “never been healthier and happier” than he is with her, adding: “He’s never been making more money than he was before he met me… not saying that I am the reason for that solely. When you put me and him together, we are an unstoppable force.”
