Made in Chelsea star Ruby Adler confessed she’s clutching onto her youth with “salmon sperm” under-eye injections. Her male friends were baffled, but Miles Nazaire notably said she’s “looking great.”
Ruby Adler has reached her thirties in her single era. The Made in Chelsea cast member is now making an extra effort to undergo procedures to keep her youthful looks – and shared a baffling secret.
Ruby Adler undergoes procedure
Ruby Adler told her MIC co-stars Miles Nazaire and Tristan Phipps that she’s undergoing a procedure, after Nazaire told her she “looks good.” Tristan asked, “What procedure are you having done this time?”
She revealed she’s holding onto her youthful looks by getting salmon sperm injected into her under-eye. Ruby added how she’s vlogging the entire process for her fans to follow along with.
Three years ago, Adler underwent a non-surgical face lift and jaw filler at the Carbon Blush Clinic, but in 2024, is revealing she’s all about the salmon sperm injections and vampire facials at Hart Medical.

She had salmon sperm poly tides under her eye and the facial plasma, but admits she’s “doesn’t know what she [surgeon] is doing to me,” adding that it’s “uncomfortable” to have done.
“We’re hoping to look 12 and look young and rejuvenated and less tight, the glass skin trend,” Adler told Wednesdays podcast,” adding that her skin feels tight and looks flawless.
MIC star holding onto youth
Ruby isn’t just undergoing cosmetic procedures, but making an effort to use skincare. She promoted Haru Haru Wonder products, which has left her skin “looking and feeling the best it’s looked in a long time”.
Another favorite product of the reality star is the Pai Skincare Fade Forward Dark Spot Serum. However, some fans watching the new season think her “lip injector has gone too far.”
