Una Healy has reportedly split from her retired jockey boyfriend Aidan Coleman, and says it's "onwards and upwards" as she focuses on the lessons learned after her experience on the new Netflix series Celebrity Bear Hunt with Bear Grylls.
The Tipperary native took on the challenge with the support of her two amazing children, 12-year-old Aoife and nine-year-old Tadhg, who she co-parents with her ex-husband, Ben Foden.
The star has a renewed energy after a "pep talk" from Bear Grylls.

When asked if she has split from Aidan, she told MailOnline : "Yes, I’m not going to talk about that – it’s onwards and upwards."
"I think I’m prepared for anything coming out of this jungle experience. I feel very tough from it, and I think you have to be tough in life. Dust yourself off, try again and believe in yourself, all those things. That’s one of the things Bear Grylls said to me."
"He gives us all a pep talk, and he said, "The one thing I admire about you is your never give up attitude". I would say that to everyone, just never give up."
A source close to The Saturdays singer told The Irish Mirror that Una and retired jockey Aidan Coleman split amicably after several months of dating.
The Tipperary singer and the Cork-born jockey went public with their romance last November at the Irish Post Awards in London.
Speaking about Aidan, Una gushed at the time: “He's hiding on his crutches tonight, but he's a great guy and I'm very happy."
An insider said Una and Aidan have split, adding: “It’s all very amicable and they remain good friends.”
It comes after Aidan recently revealed in an interview that he has moved back to the UK after not being able to settle back in Ireland following his retirement.
Una took on the new challenge of the reality show with the support of her kids.
“If they’d been worried about me or didn’t want me to do it, I wouldn’t have done it,” she told Independent.ie.
“But they were 100pc behind me. I said ‘There’s a chance I might be out first and, if I am, I’ll be back in a few days’ and Tadhg looks at me and says ‘Why are you saying that?’ I want you in there, we want you to win! Don’t have that attitude! Be in there until the end!’"
"And that was it then. I knew then I had to put everything into it and not chicken out.”
