Valerie Bertinelli and her boyfriend, Mike Goodnough, have reportedly broken up.

“They are no longer in a relationship,” a source told People Tuesday.

However, Goodnough said in a cryptic statement to the magazine, “Valerie and I are the only two people with insight into our relationship. Neither of us pays much attention to chatter among people outside of it.”

Page Six has reached out to Bertinelli’s rep for comment.

The duo’s long-distance romance began in January, with Bertinelli, 64, gushing over her partner in March without revealing his name.

“I’ve met someone. And I’m incredibly grateful for him,” the actress told USA Today at the time. “It’s unlike any relationship that I’ve ever experienced with a man.

“I don’t want to say too much, but I feel incredibly blessed and lucky to have met him because I wasn’t expecting it,” she continued.

The following month, Goodnough’s identity was revealed.

The writer had been hinting at their bond for weeks on X, posting photos of himself reading his girlfriend’s books, cover stories and more.

Goodnough told his Substack subscribers in April that their romance felt “surreal.”

He explained, “Life is crazy, kids. It just is. It’ll rain hellfire down on you for years and bring you to your knees… and then it’ll open the skies to deep blue and love and calling someone ‘Honey’ because you just love the absolute hell out of her and feel so very thankful for the gift of that feeling.”

The pair went Instagram-official later that month with a Taylor Swift-inspired caption, which read, “I’ll drink what you think and I’m high from smokin’ your jokes all damn night.”

In June, they made their red carpet debut at the Daytime Emmys.

The “One Day at a Time” alum has been married twice before, wedding rocker Eddie Van Halen and financial planner Tom Vitale in 1981 and 2011, respectively.

Bertinelli has been vocal about her 2021 split from her second husband, labeling him a “narcissist” who called her “fat” and “lazy.”

When the exes’ divorce was finalized in November 2022, she “happily” celebrated on social media.
