VIDEO: Britani Bateman’s Ex-Stepdaughter Exposes When Things “Went Downhill” With Her, Plus She Opens Up About Their Relationship and How RHOSLC Star Met Her Dad

Britani Bateman’s ex-stepdaughter Lauren Walch shared when things “went downhill” in her relationship with the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star. Lauren claimed “all hell broke loose” – and it was “never the same” again.

On the current season, Britani opened up about her on-off romance with Jared Osmond, the nephew of Donnie Osmond. She broke up with him after Angie Katsanevas claimed he was communicating with another woman, though he later stated that he and Britani were on a break at the time.

Britani shared little, however, about her previous marriage to Lauren’s dad.  

“It’s just been not the greatest having to deal with [Britani] and the whole experience. It was just no bueno for me,” said Lauren on TikTok, recalling the marriage. “Really I could go on for hours about this. I have so much that I could talk about.”

“I was there when her and my dad met. It was at Target. It’s a whole thing. They got married a year later,” Lauren added. “She was okay. She really tried.”

But according to Lauren, things “went downhill real quick” when Lauren got engaged and decided not to put Britani’s name on the wedding invites.

“All hell broke loose after that,” she said. “Things were just like never the same between us again. I know she doesn’t like me. I particularly don’t like her at this point. But I feel like I think we both tried to act as civil as we could … But I did feel like a lot of things were done passive aggressively after that.”

Lauren claimed she and her husband were intentionally left out of family dinners and a “family photo session.”

“And how I found out about it was seeing her Instagram post about it,” she said. “So that was like [a stab in the heart]. That was fun.”
