Have you watched My Fault: London yet? The new Prime Video movie is a fresh take on the Spanish film Culpa Mia, but this time, it’s all set against the backdrop of London. Fans of Mercedes Ron’s hit Culpables series are already wondering: will this remake spark more films based on the books?
Keep reading for everything we know:
Is ‘My Fault: London’ a Remake?
Yup, it sure is! The original Spanish-language My Fault adaptation first hit Prime Video back in June 2023, starring Nicole Wallace and Gabriel Guevara as Noah and Nick. It quickly gained traction, leading to the sequel Your Fault (Culpa Tuya), which dropped in December 2024. And if you’re keeping up, you know the third movie is slated for 2025.
The story kicks off with 17-year-old Noah, whose world is flipped upside down when her mom remarries and they move into her new stepdad’s super fancy home. There, she meets her new stepbrother, Nick—who, spoiler alert, has a lot more going on than meets the eye.
Now, with My Fault: London, we’re getting a fresh twist. This time around, Noah moves from sunny Florida to a luxury mansion in London after her mom, Ella, ties the knot with Nick’s dad, William. The remake stars Asha Banks as Noah and Matthew Broome as Nick, bringing a new energy to the iconic roles.
Will There Be a ‘Your Fault: London’?
If you didn’t know, the original Culpables book trilogy includes My Fault, Your Fault and Our Fault. Since the Spanish adaptations are set to cover all three books—and considering the insane success of the Spanish movies on Prime Video—it’s pretty safe to say that My Fault: London might also turn into a full trilogy.
And there’s even more hope! Your Fault: London co-directors Dani Girdwood and Charlotte Fassler dropped a not-so-subtle hint that we could see more of Noah and Nick in the future.
“No spoilers, but at the end of the movie, it does feel like Nick and Noah’s story isn’t quite finished, so hopefully,” Dani told Deadline. “Fingers crossed for sure.”
Asha, who plays Noah, also opened up to The Hollywood Reporter about how much she’d love to return:
“Absolutely, I’d love to do that! That would be an absolute dream. Hopefully, if it goes down well, if people want to see more, I hope that that happens.”
