Allison Holker tragically lost her husband Stephen “tWitch” Boss to suicide in 2022, but almost two years later the professional dancer had dipped her toes back in the dating pool. With all of the drama surrounding her allegations that Stephen was addicted to drugs before his death, people are curious about her personal life.
Who Is Allison Holker Dating?
The former So You Think You Can Dance star is dating tech CEO Adam Edmunds. Adam hails from Utah, the same state where Allison grew up. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 2003 and currently serves as the CEO of Entrata, according to LinkedIn.
Adam is a dad to three sons from a previous relationship, and while he does keep their lives private for the most part, he did share an update on LinkedIn on January 6, 2025.
“Now that my kids are mostly grown, I reminisce a lot about their childhoods. I sure tried hard to be a good dad and love every second of being their dad—it’s my favorite thing in life,” Adam wrote alongside a photo of the boys.
When Did Allison Holker Start Dating Adam Edmunds?
Allison first gave fans a sign she was in a new relationship when she shared a photo of two shadows holding hands via Instagram in August 2024. She captioned the image with a simple red heart. Less than a week later, Allison and Adam made their first public appearance as a couple when they stepped out for New York Fashion Week.
“It is a new experience for me to navigate this, and it took a lot of time for me to [feel ready]. I didn’t know if I’d ever fall into this situation again,” Allison told People in an interview published on September 23, 2024. “I will say this: I’m extremely happy. I feel supported, seen, understood and fully loved. And I’m really, really grateful for that.”
The Minnesota native received plenty of support from fans regarding her new beau, but she added that her relationship with Adam didn’t take away the love she had for Stephen.
“I had such a beautiful love with Stephen, and I still have such a beautiful love with him. But the love I learned has only helped me to be even better in my next love,” Allison explained to the publication. “I feel like I’m even more suited now in this next step in my life, this next chapter with this new, beautiful man Adam. It’s only made it louder and more strong for us. It’s not that one love outshines the other. It’s just one love prepared me for the next.”
Why Did Allison Holker Receive Backlash From tWitch’s Family in 2025?
Allison gave a controversial interview in January 2025, ahead of the release of her memoir, This Far, in February the same year. While speaking with People, Allison claimed that she found a “cornucopia” of drugs in Stephen’s closet after his death.
“It was a really triggering moment for me because there were a lot of things I discovered in our closet that I did not know existed. It was very alarming to me to learn that there was so much happening that I had no clue [about],” Allison said during the interview. “It was a really scary moment in my life to figure that out, but it also helped me process that he was going through so much and he was hiding so much, and there must have been a lot of shame in that.”
Several people, including Stephen’s mom, his and Allison’s former manager, and others, slammed the mom of three’s claims.
