Rudy Pankow‘s ex-girlfriend may have spilled some tea about their breakup. Teo Marcella, who dated the Outer Banks actor before the Netflix show premiered in 2020, posted a TikTok that fans think might be shading her ex.

“Today I’m going to be using the Charlotte Tilbury lip liner in the shade ‘He Cheated,’” she says in the clip posted on Monday, November 18. She then corrects herself, saying, “I mean, ‘Lip Cheat.’” She then continued on her lip combo makeup tutorial, like the verbal mistake didn’t even happen.

Teo, 25, is a model and actress, and has appeared in several shows and movies such as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Better Call Saul, Mom’s Anonymous, Mr. Mayor, Mary 4 Mayor, Speechless, among others.

While Teo’s TikTok may or may not be subtle shade to her ex, fans quickly reacted in the comments. One viewer wrote, “this is so messy, i loooove it,” while another posted: “Wait I didn’t catch the shade name for the lip gloss? Elaine?” referencing Rudy’s current girlfriend, Elaine Siemek.

In case you missed it, Teo and Rudy reportedly dated while he was filming season 1 of Outer Banks in 2019. Although the exact timing of their breakup is unclear, Rudy mentioned he was single during the show’s promotional period in early 2020.

Later that year, he confirmed his relationship with Elaine, who worked on Outer Banks as an assistant to creator and executive producer Jonas Pate during seasons 1 and 2, according to her IMDb profile.

Fans have revisited Rudy and Teo’s past romance after a behind-the-scenes photo from season 1 resurfaced online. The image, taken at Rudy’s birthday party, showed Elaine kneeling beside him with her arm on his shoulder, while Teo was positioned in a different row. Some fans expressed discomfort with Elaine’s close pose to Rudy during a time when he was believed to be dating Teo.

On November 16, Teo posted a TikTok seemingly addressing the viral photo. “Watching everyone guess what happened based [sic] off one photo from 6 years ago,” she wrote in the caption. In the video, Teo applied makeup while a voiceover played, saying, “I’m not just a bitch, I’m a bitch with a backstory.”
