Diddy has been hit with another sexual assault lawsuit — this one occurring on the same day as the deadly charity event decades ago.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday, the woman — who filed as Jane Doe — claimed she and a friend attended a charity basketball event at the City College of New York that the music mogul co-sponsored after being invited by an unnamed rapper. When the two arrived, she recalled the crowd was massive and unruly outside, so she convinced a security guard to let her and the pal in early. However, that turned out to be a huge mistake in the long run…

Jane Doe alleged they couldn’t find the rapper inside and were led to an office of the gym locker rooms, where Diddy set up a makeshift dressing room. At the time, the woman had no clue who Diddy was when she met him. He was only an up-and-coming producer — not the huge celebrity we knew him as today. She asked if the Bad Boy Records founder could help her find the rapper who invited them, and he agreed.

Per the lawsuit filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, Diddy gave her a plastic cup and told her it was Coca-Cola inside. However, she claimed she took a sip and immediately began to feel woozy. She got up and tried to leave. However, Diddy allegedly blocked her exit. Jane Doe claimed he started to touch himself and fondle her. When she started to struggle, he allegedly overpowered her before pushing her down, tearing off her underwear, and raping her. So horrific.

Afterward, Jane Doe said she told Diddy she would tell her rapper friend what allegedly happened and he threatened her that she shouldn’t say anything because “people can come up missing.” What the f**k. The alleged victim said Diddy left to handle something at the event, and she found her friend. Upon leaving, though, they came across a chaotic scene of people running in every direction. What she’s referring to is the stampede that occurred because the charity event was oversold and ended up killing 9 people. Many were also injured.

Perezcious readers know this is just one of many lawsuits against Diddy. He also has been arrested and charged with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. Since the start of all his legal troubles, he has denied the accusations against him. And this time is no different. His attorney told TMZ:

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
