WWE Announces Current Champion Out With Injury

WWE has just announced that WWE Tag Team Champion Jade Cargill has been diagnosed with multiple injuries following a surprise attack backstage at Friday Night SmackDown.

"BREAKING: [Jade Cargill] has been diagnosed with the following injuries: Deep Lumbar Paraspinal Muscle Contusions, Bruised Kidney, Sprained MCL in her right knee, Tibial Plateau Bone Bruise of her right knee, Facial Lacerations. There is no timetable for her return," WWE said on social media.

There has been no word over who attacked Cargill.

This will put Cargill out of action for her round of the WWE Women's United States Championship tournament against Piper Niven and Michin.
