As WWE Monday Night RAW transitions to Netflix, former United States Champion LA Knight is exploring the possibility of branching out into acting, with a particular interest in working with "Euphoria" star Sydney Sweeney.
In a recent interview with Metro's Alistair McGeorge, Knight shared his thoughts on pursuing projects outside of WWE and revealed his ideal co-star for a potential acting venture.
Knight, who has been enjoying the best run of his wrestling career, emphasized that acting isn't a "be-all, end-all" goal for him, but he's open to the right opportunity.
"If the opportunity presents itself, I won't say no," he said. When asked about what kind of project he'd like to pursue, Knight expressed an interest in starting small with something manageable.
"My first instinct is maybe something comedic, but I don't think that would be the right move," he explained. "I feel like we need to take it easy on me and get my feet wet with something like an action-drama, maybe a miniseries or a quick little movie."
When pressed for a potential co-star, Knight was quick to name Sweeney.
"Sydney Sweeney," he said without hesitation. "I want to do a movie with her laughs." He added, "Acting for me isn't everything, but if the opportunity comes along, I'll just say YEAH!"
Knight's comments reflect his growing interest in expanding his career beyond the squared circle.
Currently, he is one of the biggest stars in WWE, having been one of the top babyfaces since reviving his LA Knight persona in 2022.
His rise has included high-profile moments like qualifying for the Men's Money in the Bank ladder match in 2023, winning the Slim Jim Battle Royal at SummerSlam 2023, and feuding with Roman Reigns and AJ Styles.

He also challenged Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Championship at Crown Jewel in 2023. At SummerSlam 2024, Knight captured his first championship gold on the main roster by defeating Logan Paul for the United States Championship.
Although he lost the title to Shinsuke Nakamura at Survivor Series: WarGames in November, Knight's career continues to soar.
With WWE's partnership with Netflix opening new possibilities, it's clear that LA Knight is already thinking about his next chapter — and it just might include a role alongside Sydney Sweeney.
