Ye Drops Sean John Collab After Calling for Diddy's Freedom: 'We Splitting the Profits 50/50'

After pleading with President Trump for the freedom of the currently incarcerated Diddy, Ye released a Sean John collaboration he claimed to have worked out with the disgraced mogul before he was locked up.

The 47-year-old also claimed that the proceeds from the collab merch sales would be split "50/50" between him and Diddy. The merch consists of just T-shirts, available in red, white, and blue.

"I’m selling the Sean John collaboration that me and my brother spoke about before they locked him up we splitting the profits 50/50," he wrote on X on Friday.

This comes after Ye fired off several tweets including one pleading for President Trump to free his "brother" Diddy on Thursday. "@realDonaldTrump PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF," he wrote on X.

Ye then set off a few more tweets touching on several topics, including "woke shit" and his thoughts on how the music industry has unfairly treated Chris Brown.

It's not clear what exactly set off Ye's barrage of tweets on Thursday night. Meanwhile, his "brother" Diddy was recently transferred from federal detention to a hospital after experiencing knee pain. TMZ reports that Diddy was moved from the Metropolitan Detention Center, in Brooklyn, New York, where he received an MRI. Diddy reportedly has history of knee issues due to competing in the New York City Marathon.

Diddy is currently awaiting trial, which is scheduled for May, stemming from his sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
