22 Kids and Counting star Noel Radford had been fined after appearing in court on Monday morning.

Noel appeared in Lancaster Magistrates Court after speeding in a 40mph zone.

The court heard how he was clocked travelling at 52mph in the zone on the A683 Bay Gateway near Morecambe, Manchester Evening News has reported.

It was also heard that he failed to provide details after a letter was sent out to him, and an additional occasion when a reminder was sent to him.

He entered a guilty plea to the offence of failing to give information relating to his identification details.

Radford was told he will receive six points on his licence, but received credit for the guilty plea. He will pay a fine of £900 plus £360 surcharge and additional costs of £200.

He told the court that he can pay the fee in three monthly payments.

The court issued a warning that they can use other means if he has not paid in full by the January 2025 deadline. The prosecutor has since confirmed the speeding offence has been withdrawn and told he is free to leave court.

Noel appeared in court wearing a grey jumper, blue jeans and trainers.

He had previously been due to appear at Lancaster Magistrates Court for the opening of the trial on September 2, but he failed to turn up.

The court heard that he had "left the juridiction" and the trial was adjourned until October 2021.

Radford, along with his wife Sue, shot to fame in 2012 when they recorded their series 15 Kids and Counting, which has now increased to a huge 22.
