TV star Paul Danan has died at the age of 46.
His management company Independent Creative PR confirmed the sad news with a statement on Instagram.
"Known for his television presence, exceptional talent, and unwavering kindness, Paul was a beacon of light to so many," they wrote, noting their "heavy hearts" at having to share the news.

"His untimely departure will leave irreplaceable voids in the lives of all who knew him.
"During this difficult time, we kindly request respect and privacy for Paul's family, friends, and colleagues."
Danan's management team noted they won't be making any further comments at this time.

Danan rose to fame on British soap opera Hollyoaks at the age of 19, playing fan favourite Sol Patrick from 1997 to 2001.
He went on to appear in the medical series Casualty, as well as children's series The Queen's Nose and The Basil Brush Show before making the move to reality TV.

From there, the star became known for his time on reality shows such as Celebrity Love Island and Celebrity Big Brother.
Calum Best who fronted ITV2 TV show Calum, Fran and Dangerous Danan alongside the actor back in 2006 was among one of the first to share a tribute to his friend.
"Paul was one of the funniest, kindest, and most authentic people I've known - truly a creative genius too having all of us laughing our asses off at his insta profile he made to rinse a certain era of celeb culture we lived," Best wrote on Instagram alongside a series of images of the pair.
"Life wasn't always easy for him, but he faced it with such heart and courage, and that inspired so many of us.
"We shared many laughs, chats, and unforgettable moments. My heart goes out to his loved ones right now. Rest easy, brother❤️"

Former EastEnders star Michael Greco also took to social media to remember Danan as "genuine and caring".
"So, so sad to read about the passing of Paul Danan," he wrote in a post on X.
"In this day and age of falsities and fake people, he was a genuine and caring man who just wanted to please everyone. A lovely warm man that will be missed by many. R.I.P. Buddy."
