Alaskan Bush People’s Noah Brown’s Separation Details: Everything We Know

4 hours ago 7

Noah Brown has never been too open with his personal life or family business. In fact, the Alaskan Bush People star was often seen as the mad genius of the family. Cameras would film him working away on his gadgets, and one could equate him to Dr. Frankenstein minus the monster. When the series first aired, viewers questioned how the children would ever find life partners. Noah was a romantic at heart and never gave up on the idea of love.

How did Noah Brown meet his wife?

Noah and Rhain Alisha married in 2018 after they met while the Brown family was still living in Alaska. Noah originally had written her love letters and convinced her to fly out to visit Brown Town. At the time of their wedding, Noah told People, “We are so excited to start our new life together as husband and wife, and we look forward to building new memories as our own family. God bless everyone for all of the love and support.” Only 25 friends and mostly family members were on the guest list.

Rhain wasn’t well received by Noah’s sisters, Bird Brown and Rain Brown. The youngest Brown didn’t like Noah’s wife taking her name when they moved onto the mountain. Rhain Alisha was born Ruth Alisha Merrill and grew up in Oregon, so many felt like she was just an imposter. Noah and Bird have always had a close-knit bond as brother and sister, but the two women did not start their sister-in-law relationship off well. Noah tried his best to mend fences by making Bird the godmother to his son Eli Brown. However, in 2019, Noah and Rhain decided to go to Colorado so they could have a break from the family.

Now, it looks like Noah needs a break from Rhain Alisha. The couple took to Noah’s Instagram to share an update on their marriage. And fans learned their fairytale life had not exactly been going to plan. After six years of marriage, the duo have decided to separate. The Alaskan Bush People star told fans, “We just wanted you to hear this from us instead of from somewhere else. Rhain and I have decided it is in our best interests to separate. We are going to take a break for a while, and we are no longer together.” The parents sat beside one another, but the body language was telling.

The 32-year-old revealed, “I was asked to move out a bit ago, and I am now living in our guest cabin.” Noah, who is a father of two sons, mentioned he is still allowed to see Eli and Adam, noting, “I can stop by if I message first, to be able to make sure it’s OK if I see them and everything,” he said as Rhain nodded in approval. “But we are currently taking a break.” Rhain pipped, adding that “absence can make the heart grow fonder,” and remembered multiple times when Noah returned to Alaska. She told fans, “We just have a lot to work through. And that’s it, basically.”

Rhain Alisha wants to be alone

Rhain Alisha didn’t sit by quietly, adding, “But besides all that, we’re not here to bash each other. We’re working through this cordially. We are working through it together still. But right now, we agree it is best if we are separated.” Rhain Alisha added her two cents, noting, “I feel Noah is a lot healthier already in the sense that he gets his own space. He gets his schedule. He doesn’t get my stress dumped on him.”

Rhain seemed happy with the decision, adding, “And likewise, back in the house, I already feel a lot better. Because I don’t have to ask him to do anything, and I just do it myself. He still gets the kids all the time.” Noah sat silently in the second half but told his listeners he would try his best to keep followers in the loop as they navigate their separation. However, Rhain clapped back, saying, “I personally will not keep anybody updated.”

The Alaskan Bush People is available to stream on Discovery.
