Consani revealed during a panel that she does not wash her face with face wash or soap, and it looks like keeping the routine simple might be the best way to go about it.

Alex Consani recently attended the Teen Vogue Summit 2024 and opened up about her beauty secret while speaking during a panel. According to PEOPLE, she said, “Okay, okay, here’s the tea, y’all. Here’s the tea. I don’t even wash my face [with a wash or soap].” Consani further shared that she uses Bioderma, which is “like a cleansing oil.” The TikToker explained her simple beauty habit, stating that uses the product to cleanse her face. She then applies moisturizer, and that’s pretty much it.
In recent times, skincare routines using a series of products have seen a significant rise in trends on social media. However, Consani has advised against complex practices, especially for teens. She said, “You don’t need to be messing with your skin barrier when you’re 15.” Consani also once believed in the “more is more” approach, but she explained the simple routine has been making her skin “better.”
Last month, Consani was one of the first transgender models to walk Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show alongside Valentina Sampaio. After making history, the model was also asked during the Teen Vogue Summit 2024 about how she is navigating the recognition in the fashion world. Consani said, “I love my gays. That’s what I say. I love my gays, I love my theys, and I love my dolls.” She added, “That’s the people that come up to me on the street. And so I never really have a problem. So I’m blessed.”
