Alexandra Daddario’s rainbow baby has arrived!
The actress gave birth to her and husband Andrew Form’s first child together, his third, she announced on Instagram Thursday.
In honor of Halloween, Daddario shared a photo of the swaddled newborn lying in a hospital crib covered in mini chocolate bars.
“I thought this was a weird bowl of candy,” the new mom quipped in her caption. She did not reveal additional details about the baby’s birth.
Prior to conceiving their little one, she and Form suffered a miscarriage.
Daddario, 38, told Vogue about the “very, very painful” loss and her “long journey” to motherhood while debuting her baby bump in July.
“It’s long and complicated, so I don’t want to be too specific,” she said at the time. “Those kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you’ve been through them.”
